Welcome to Ocvite ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Ocvite regarding your use of the Service. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service and uninstall any related applications.
2. Eligibility
By using Ocvite, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use our services.
3. Description of Service
Ocvite provides an event management platform that allows users to create events, invite guests, collect RSVP responses, manage guest lists and family members, enable event registration, generate QR-based entry passes, and manage event entry.
Event hosts may also enable a social feed feature that allows guests to view posts, like, and comment within the event environment. All interactions within the platform are intended solely for event-related purposes.
4. User Account
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Ocvite only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt servers, or interfere with the platform functionality. You must not upload harmful, illegal, abusive, or offensive content, including content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
Users are solely responsible for any content shared within events, including posts, comments, guest information, or event details.
6. Guest Data Responsibility
When you upload guest details or invite guests, you confirm that you have permission to share such information. You are responsible for ensuring that guest information is accurate and lawful. Ocvite is not responsible for incorrect or unauthorized guest data uploaded by users.
7. Social Feed Content
If an event host enables the social feed feature, users may post content, like, and comment within the event. Users are responsible for their own content and interactions. Ocvite reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
8. QR Entry and Event Access
Ocvite may generate QR-based entry passes for guests. These QR codes are intended only for event entry management. Users agree not to duplicate, misuse, or distribute QR passes without authorization.
Ocvite is not responsible for entry denial due to misuse, duplication, or technical limitations.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, functionality, design, logos, software, and services of Ocvite are owned by Ocvite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Service is licensed to users, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
* Use the Service for illegal activities
* Upload harmful or offensive content
* Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the platform
* Interfere with platform performance
* Use automated systems to access the Service
* Violate privacy or intellectual property rights
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
11. Third-Party Services
Ocvite may use third-party services such as cloud providers, analytics tools, messaging services, and notification providers. These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Service Updates
We may update or modify features of Ocvite at any time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.
13. Termination
You may stop using Ocvite at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ocvite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocvite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, business interruption, or service availability.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the app or website. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
