List bodhon, Saptami puja, Ashtami anjali, sandhi puja, Navami bhog and Dashami sindoor khela with timings.
Know how many members and guests will eat bhog each day so the kitchen cooks enough khichuri and labra.
Share the link on WhatsApp groups and email so members, neighbours and probashi Bengali friends all receive it.
Track invitation views and responses to know which families still need a personal phone call.
RSVPs for the whole family. Guests reply in one tap, and you see the headcount for your durga puja gathering instantly.
Collect RSVPsPick a Durga Puja template on Ocvite, add your committee name, pandal address and map, and type the schedule from Shashthi to Dashami. Upload a photo of last year's protima if you like. Share the link with members on WhatsApp or email and collect RSVPs online.
Include the pandal or home address, dates for Shashthi through Dashami, and key timings such as Ashtami pushpanjali, sandhi puja, bhog service, sandhya aarti and cultural nights. Add sindoor khela and visarjan timing on Dashami, plus any notes on parking or volunteer sign-ups.
Committees usually send them three to four weeks ahead, right after Mahalaya planning is finalised, so members can plan leave and travel. Family pujas can send invites two weeks before. A reminder before Ashtami helps, since it is the busiest and most attended day.
Ask members and guests to RSVP with plus-ones. Ocvite shows attending, not attending and maybe counts in real time, giving the bhog team a reliable number for khichuri, labra, chutney and payesh. For very different daily numbers, send a separate invite per day.
Many pujas welcome friends of all backgrounds for darshan, anjali and bhog. Sindoor khela is traditionally played by married women on Dashami, though many communities now welcome all women. Mention your pandal's custom on the invite so guests know how to take part respectfully.
Create a festive invitation and share it with everyone in minutes.
